When changing your eating habits there’s always the question of how much success your actually having. We suggest grabbing your scale! And then throw it out the window!
Well, you don’t have to actually throw it out the window, but we do suggest using other methods of measuring your success. This is because the scale gives very little information in terms of how your body is actually changing. It can be frustrating and emotional to watch that number go up and down…so stop it.
Today we’re going to talk about other methods of measuring success that can help you stay on track without the emotional rollercoaster of using a scale. But just in case you’re super attached, we’ll also go over ways to make better use of it.
